Buying and distributing courses in bulk
An option for you as an administrator is to purchase online courses in bulk and distribute them to your coaches. Volume discounts are available for purchases of 25 or more courses, so you can save money by selecting this option. To learn more about buying and distributing courses in bulk, click here. A bulk purchase is considered to be two or more courses. If you are purchasing a single course for another coach, please contact ASEP customer service at 800-747-5698, ext. 2980.
Verifying coaches’ course completion
Look up coaches in your league to verify they have completed their course. You have two ways of looking up coaches:
- Search the Coach Registry—Look up an individual coach quickly and easily. The registry is accessible to any visitor to this area of the site looking to verify whether an individual coach has completed Pop Warner coaching education requirements. The database is searchable by name, city, or state.
- Run Data Reports—Generate a comprehensive report containing all your coaches. This report will be for Pop Warner administrators who need to verify course completion of coaches affiliated with their organizations. This feature will allow you to run a comprehensive report of all coaches in your league. Special permission from Pop Warner Little Scholars is needed to gain access to this area of the site.
